Depends on which IPB theme you are referring to: the standard IPB theme - or one created by a 3rd party designer like yourself. If it's not the standard IPB theme, then you'll need to contact the author/creator of the theme in question.

Oy! :P

I made this: http://www.audentio.com/forums/images/ipb/off.gif
and http://www.audentio.com/forums/images/ipb/logo.gif
From the standard button. I made it myself though, just used the beautiful IPB version to look at of course. Hmm, well, so what I infer is I can use the smilies, the css, but not any of the images? That is understandable, of course, but could I include a copyright such as: All images on this skin copyright © IPB with a link or something? Plus James Mathias, put his name in there too. Many people have requested an IPB version for MyBB. And while IPB is a lot larger and stuff, I still worked very hard to convert it over. Could someone possibly explain anything I can do to release this MyBB version of the default IPB skin?

To be honest, none of us can truly answer these questions, your best bet would be to email management@invisionpower.com.

I'm afraid that this is not permitted. I'm sorry you've wasted so much time for nothing. It's always important that you obtain permission from the author prior to basing your work off of theirs. :)

Thank you.
